Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com): session recording and heatmaps for UX analysis. May collect IP address and browsing behaviour.
Google Ads / Google Analytics (google.com): conversion tracking and ad performance measurement. Only activated with consent (automatically denied for EU/EEA visitors). Processes IP address and browsing behaviour. Google's privacy policy applies.
Slack (slack.com): internal notifications. Form submissions trigger a Slack message to our team. Your email and gym name are included in the notification.
Google Sheets (google.com): we store form submissions in a private Google Sheet as a waitlist database. Data is accessible only to LeanAI Studio srl.
Resend (resend.com): transactional email delivery for waitlist confirmation messages.
5. Data Retention
Waitlist data is retained for 12 months from submission, or until you request deletion. Analytics data is retained per each provider's standard retention policy.
6. Your Rights under GDPR
As a data subject you have the right to:
Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure: request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data

7. Your Rights under CCPA (California Residents)

Categories of personal information collected in the preceding 12 months: identifiers (email, name), commercial information (revenue range), and internet activity (browsing data via analytics). We do not sell personal information to third parties.
8. Cookies
This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookie-free. Microsoft Clarity may set cookies for session recording. For EU/EEA visitors, Google's gtag.js is not loaded (ad tracking denied by default). For visitors outside the EU/EEA, gtag.js loads to measure ad conversions and traffic. You can clear your browser's cookies at any time to reset tracking preferences.
9. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan (Tribunale di Milano).
